Manage and direct personnel and processes for $10M in construction revenue per year. Successfully completed and closed over 31 townhomes and 9 custom single-family homes in 2 years. Responsible from Building Permit to Certificate of Occupancy. Specialize in contemporary & modern design and building products. Successfully sold and implemented “Cost Plus”. Instituted new job costing system that aligned the estimate, Schedule of Values, and accounting for accurate reporting and forecasting.

Successfully sold largest contract to date—MHJ International Terminal at Hartsfield Jackson Airport-$28M contract. Managed estimating, detailing, and project management departments.
