Construction also included a new 5th floor and roof top deck, open stairway and atrium at levels three and four, board room, kitchen, and outdoor lounge. The modern and creative office space will serve as Kount World Headquarters.

A 75,267 SF new library located in downtown Nampa consisting of a board room, six study rooms, various art installations and a new interacting learning installation for children. 13,267 SF of office and retail space, a 300 stall parking garage with a scenic public plaza, water feature and park.
