OWNER'S REP SERVICES OVERVIEW

PARADIGM REPRESENTS THE OWNER AND TEAM WITH:

  • Dedicated single point of contact with the entire team
  • Provide project delivery and contractual options, which best fit the project based on efficiencies
  • Helps develop project process controls specific to delivery methodology
  • Manage the decision-making process with respect to SSB* metrics
  • Provide positive influence and team building between all parties of the project
  • Manage the development and production of project reports and present SSB* issues and accomplishments of the project to the client/management
  • Actively manages issues, offers solutions and limits risk with conflict resolution/negotiation skill
  • Develops communication plans on policies, procedures and project oversight

ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING

  • Provides single point of contact
  • Assist with negotiations of proposals for professional services
  • Assist with the development of the contractual services agreement
  • Ensure client requirements are defined and communicated to the team
  • Continually challenge the team by exploring VE/VA and constructibility reviews
  • Monitor and manage the design schedule and communication with client, contractor, architectural and engineering

GENERAL CONTRACTORS

  • Provides single point of contact
  • Manage pre-construction planning & contractor-project assessment
  • Manage the development and negotiations of contractual services agreement
  • Continually challenge the team by exploring VE/VA for efficiencies
  • Attend weekly OAC project status meetings, covering SSB* issues and accomplishments
  • Continual review of project schedule, quality control & progress pay applications
  • Manage the project completion and turn over process for the client

CITY AND STATE AGENCIES

  • Ensure early communication with agencies make them part of the Project Team
  • Attend meetings and continue to build strong business relationships with Agencies
